Buy as a group.
Pay a lot less.
On its own, one kitchen buys like a small account. Together we buy like a chain. Slice Wholesale pools what restaurants need into bigger orders, puts them out for vendors to bid on, and shows every price like a stock market — so you know what wings, mozzarella or fryer oil should cost before you pay for it.

Alone you’re a small account. Together we buy like a chain.
A kitchen spending $30,000 a month that moves 40% of it here and saves 5% on those buys keeps $600 a month. Run your own numbers.
Bids on the same product stack up. Five kitchens each wanting 100 lb of wings are one 500 lb order to a vendor — and get priced like one. The more kitchens in the group, the harder it bargains.
The group’s demand is visible to every vendor in range. The best price wins it — not the rep who happened to call first.
Each product has a ticker — WING, MOZZ, BRST — with its bid, its ask and years of price history. You can tell a good price from a bad one before you pay it.
The next lot size up — a case to four cases, 40 lb to 100 lb — usually drops the unit price. The group makes the bigger lot easy to reach, and the board shows the price before you commit.
From “we need wings Thursday” to a group order, filled, in four steps.
- 1Join the group, post what you need
The item, how much, the price you’ll pay and when. Your bid stacks up with every other kitchen’s bid on the same product. Cases for dry goods, pounds for proteins — the board keeps the units straight.
- 2Vendors bid for it
Sellers in range see the group’s order and compete to fill it, or you buy from an ask that already beats your price. You see who they are and how far away.
- 3Pick up or get it delivered
Every ask shows whether the vendor delivers to you. Confirm the deal, sort the logistics with them in one place.
- 4Pay for it
Every deal says how it is paid before you confirm it. Today that is the way you agree with the vendor on the deal page.
The group’s prices. Every one is public.
Bids come from member kitchens; many asks are reference prices from vendors’ published lists, marked on each item. Who’s behind a bid is for members — sign up free to trade.
Know exactly what you’re buying, from whom, and how it settles.
Every deal shows how it is paid before you confirm it — today, the way you agree with the vendor on the deal page. The checkout only offers the ways to pay that work right now, and a card or escrow payment will say who collects the money before it is taken.
Members build a business profile, and their deals, bids and asks are on their record, so you can see who you’re dealing with before you commit. Reference prices are labeled as reference prices.
Unit of trade, pack size and UPC on every item. Distance, delivery range and minimum order on every ask. Cases are cases and pounds are pounds.

Kitchens that buy the same things — chicken, cheese, flour, oil, boxes — put their orders together. A vendor quotes the group’s combined order instead of each kitchen’s small one, and bigger orders get better prices. You still get your own delivery and pay your own invoice.
